WHAT WE DO
We provide Clark County residents wheelchair, non-emergency medical, and other special transportation, all with five star service. Our service is from person to person, ensuring that the rider is safely received, transported, and accompanied to the right person at their destination. Most often we are providing non-urgent medical transportation, but we can transport for errands, social activities, or other destinations that enable our riders to live their lives to the fullest.
We understand how important it is for us to get our clients to their appointments on time. We also know how important it is for us to have fluid communication between our clients and those who care about them. Additionally, we want the booking and payment process to go as smoothly as possible. That is why we offer:
Our Rates
Wheelchair Transports (within Vancouver): $67.50 one way, $135 round trip.
Non-Wheelchair Transports (within Vancouver): $45 one way, $90 round trip
Wheelchair rental: $15/leg
Discharge fee: $30
Please note: If you use a credit card to pay for your ride, a 3% processing fee will be applied. Also, there are some places right outside Vancouver where we can still charge our flat rates. There are also some cases where we will need to charge a little more for rides within Vancouver. We offer 10 free miles in Vancouver per leg. After 10 miles, we charge $3.50/mile.
Trips Outside Vancouver: Contact us for a quote. Transports outside Vancouver often requires additional miles, driving time and waiting time, all of which add to the cost. We can transport Washington residents anywhere they need to go, including outside Washington State, but we cannot transport people who are not Washington residents.

In addition, we want our riders to feel good about riding with Five Star Special Transport, so we keep our vans clean and looking sharp.
