how to pay?
Click the Pay My Bill button.
Enter your first AND last name (ex., “Jane Smith”) OR any of your invoice numbers (ex., “9876”).
Click on Get Open Invoices and all of your unpaid invoices will be listed. You can then pay your invoices securely via your bank or credit card.
IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE, send a quick email to billing@fivestarspecialtransport.com with your name and date of service. You can also text or call 360-605-1384 (option 4, if you are calling). We’ll provide your invoice number to make it easy.
When to Pay?
Payment must be received at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service or at the time of scheduling (whichever is later).
When you make payment you will receive a receipt immediately. A separate receipt showing the details of the service provided can be emailed to you within a few days after your service is completed.
Of course, if something changes and you are due a refund, we will gladly issue one.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be done 24 hours before the ride to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
Insurance
We cannot make a claim to your insurance provider for you. If your provider does cover non-emergency medical transportation (most do not), you must either schedule through them or make your payment to us and make a claim for reimbursement to your provider.
Our detailed receipt to you after service is completed will provide all the information you need.
If you are expecting Medicaid to pay for your transport, you must arrange it through Community in Motion at 360-694-6577.
SECURE PAYMENT
We take your privacy and security of information very seriously. View our Privacy Policy here.
Processing Fee
If you pay using a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be applied. If you use a bank account to pay, there will not be a 3% processing fee.
